I founded Jaylex Enterprises, LLC out of a pure passion for people. My goals, ambitions and inspirations have come together to form a truly amazing company that I am proud to be a part of.

Jaylex Enterprises, LLC is an agency for Customer Service and Specialist Agents. We work with some of the largest companies such as Coach, Agero, Home Depot, Dicks Sporting Goods, TurboTax QuickBooks, Barnes and Noble, Princess Cruise Line, and many more! You can earn as much or as little as you want depending on the schedule YOU create!! This can be a main source of income, or be used to bring in extra spending money!

At Jaylex, we strive to give excellent customer service with every call we answer. On this foundation, we focus on being honest and building rapport for each client we service. We show respect and put communication skills as top priority. We take care of each customer that calls in by following all policies listed for each client. We are the face of many clients - a pleasurable experience that leaves the caller at ease. Jaylex Enterprises, LLC pushes to be the name that is known for its commitment to resolving every call.​
 

Products / Services

Jaylex Enterprises, LLC teams up with multiple companies that require customer service. Not all are sales based. This is unique because it offers each agent a variety of clients that can be serviced for. The resolutions that we provide are all based upon the individually clients' needs. We have been servicing top-notch quality service since 2020. We can work directly from our homes as all clients we assist in customer service are all virtual. There are clients that need customer service calls answered, some offer chat assistance, and some are email-based. Again this is all dependent on the client the agent chooses to service for.​
